In honor of the upcoming 5th Annual HOBO Mustache Contest to take place at the Bessemer VFW on November 26, Schick has decided to let you see how you will look with different styles of mustaches. It also gives you creepy googly eyes, which is really weird.
Go to the Schick Site and upload your picture to see yourself with a variety of 'staches. They don't have them all but they have a couple nice ones to choose from. If you create an account with the site you should be able to save your 'stache and paste the link here in the comments to show all of your fellow HOBOs.

By now, I'm sure most of you have come across the internet phenomenon known as Lolcats. You can see a bunch of them over at I Can Has Cheezburger.
It started as one cat with a stupid phrase, and has spilled over into dogs, politics, and more. Now, the internets are finally complete with the addition of LolHOBOs!!!
I invite each and everyone one of you to create your own LolHOBO. I Can Has Cheezburger has their very own nifty little Lol Builder. Basically, all you have to do is upload a photo, enter in your caption (Be sure to use proper Lolspeak), and save your picture. You can then paste the link given into a post on HobosWalk.com. (Note: If you want to keep your photos private from the I Can Has Cheezburger site you have to sign up for an account.)

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend. Now, that it's the dreaded Monday after, we're back to the grind, and finally getting over our hangovers, I thought I'd chime in with a little update on some of the 4th of July.
As you probably know, I made a surprise appearance for the HOBO Induction. Thanks to a kind co-worker, I as able to get my shift covered. I decided to make a JJ-esque appearance and stop the show decked out in my seersucker apparel. Because of my short 4th of July, I won't be able to recap the whole depth of 4th of July activities. I will leave that to everyone else. Please chime in on your experiences and give us recaps of each of the events. I'm sure there are some HOBOs and FOHs out there who couldn't make it and are eager to hear some firsthand reports.
